Many children find it hard to put their thoughts and feelings into words, and this can sometimes lead to frustration, stress, or behavioural challenges at home and school.

That’s where Art Therapy can help! Our art therapist provides a safe and supportive space where children can explore their emotions through creative expression. Using paint, drawing, clay, and other art forms, children can process their experiences, build confidence, and develop coping strategies—without the pressure of needing to “find the right words.”
